Dear Parents
This years Year 1 Concert is being performed on Thursday 8th December at 2 pm and 6 pm. Tickets will be limited to 2 per family to enable everyone to seethe concert. Could you please completethe slip below and return it to school to indicate which performance you would like tickets for.
If there are any surplus tickets, these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you would like any additional tickets, could you please complete the slip below and return to school.
For the Evening performance, all children will need to be at school for 5.30 pm.
I am sure you will appreciate that to keep to our limit will make the event more comfortable and give everyone chance to have a good view., the rest of the children in school will already have seen the concert so if possible there is no need for them to come again. As part of the Data Protection Act, THE TAKING OF VIDEOS AND PHOTOGRAPHS IS PROHIBITED. A member of staff will take an individual photograph of your child in their costume, anyone who does not want their child photographed, could you please let us know.
