Dear Parents
This years Foundation Stage Concert, “Festive Fun in Foundation”, is being performed on Monday 12th December at 2.30 pm and Wednesday 14th December at 2.30pm. Tickets will be limited to 2 per family to enable everyone to seethe concert. Could you please completethe slip below and return it to school to indicate which performance you would like tickets for.
If there are any surplus tickets, these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you would like any additional tickets, could you please complete the slip below and return to school.
I am sure you will appreciate that to keep to our limit will make the event more comfortable and give everyone chance to have a good view. As part of the Data Protection Act, THE TAKING OF VIDEOS AND PHOTOGRAPHS IS PROHIBITED. A member of staff will take an individual photograph of your child in their costume, anyone who does not want their child photographed, could you please let us know.

Dear Parents
As a treat for Christmas we are taking the children in Foundation Stage to Frankie and Benny’s for lunch. The lunch will take place on Tuesday 6th December.
We will be walking from school at 11.30 am and will return at approximately 1.30pm. The cost of the lunch is £3.95 per child and includes, main course, pudding and a drink. This must be paid before Friday 2nd December.
Could you please complete the menu choice below and return it to school together with the £3.95 (cheques made payable to Lakeside Primary School).
If any parents would like to accompany us for lunch, you would be most welcome, there will be a charge of £5.95.
