LOST PROPERTY
Please remember to label all your child's belongings so that they can easily be returned to them. Your can order pre printed labels from the link on the school's website. www.lakesideprimary.co.uk or collect a leaflet from the office. The school will receive a percentage of all orders placed.
BAGS2SCHOOL
Our next van collection is the 3rd week back.
SPORTS DAYS
The weather held off and all sports days were a huge success. Fun was had by children and parents.
SUMMER DISCO
Fun was had by all and we said farewell to year 6 as it was their last disco.
FRIENDS MEETINGS
Our next meeting is our A.G.M and it will be on Monday 14th September. We meet in the atrium at 3.30pm Please come and join our happy friendly team and bring along your ideas. If you can not make the meeting but wish to help in our fundraising events, then please leave your contact details in the office marked for the attention of Friends of Lakeside.
SUMMER FAIR
After a few light showers we agreed to stay outside and a fun evening was had by all. I would like to thank everyone for their time and effort which made the night a huge success. We raised GBP2,000.
 
Outside environment
Plans for the improvements are now in full swing with planning permission submitted. They money used raised last year was used to extend the play apparatus on the field. We will continue to raise money to carry on improving the outside environment.
