Dear Parents
The School's Harvest Festival will take place on Friday 17th October. Only the children who are in Year 3 (Mrs Wade and Mr Brown) will be taking part in the service.
Parents of children in Y3 are invited to come to school to watch and see what work Y3 have been doing for Harvest. Refreshments will be available from 10.30 am and the service will commence at 10.45 and last approximately ½ hr.
Harvest Gifts
Year 3 Children are asked to bring a small harvest gift of fruit, vegetables or tinned produce which will form the centre piece of our harvest display. All produce will be sold after school on Friday 17th October with the proceeds being sent to "Age Concern". All gifts of produce should be brought into school on Thursday 16th October.

Dear Parent
Pedestrian Training for Year 3 children will take place on Monday 1st and Monday 8th December. This training is run by the City of York Council. There is a charge to the school, however we are willing to subsidise the cost of the training.
Children should come prepared for inclement weather by bringing a coat with a hood and gloves and scarf. Could you please fill in the slip below and return it to school by Friday 7th November. Any parent who is able to help on either day, please see your child's class teacher.
